PHP Website to CRUD a MySQL Database

I'd specifically be curious as to how confident you are about the "bonus functionality" where the user would upload a photo, and the php receiving the upload creates a thumbnail creates two different image sizes , and moves them all to a directory matching the pattern of /images/ Similar to the attched screenshot of my local filesystem which maps to the server file system under the PHP application root.
